Briefly describe your testimony of coming to Christ…

Despite growing up in Christian circles, I had little understanding of what it meant to have a relationship with God. I first met Jesus when I was 14 at Forest Home Christian Camp. This encounter with His love and acceptance changed my life. It has been an incredible journey with God, and I am so thankful for His grace.

Briefly describe your understanding of God’s calling on your life…

I feel that God has called me to pastoral ministry. I am particularly interested in doing ministry with people who experience a disability. I hope to partner with others to create more inclusive spaces of worship for people of all abilities.

How did you come to the Free Methodist Church?

I was transitioning out of a youth ministry position and began attending a church where many of my friends worshiped (Cucamonga Christian Fellowship). I discovered what it means to be Free Methodist in a course hosted by the church, and wanted to be a part of a denomination that held values that I too was passionate about.
