Dan Davidson

Rose City - 2020

Dan Davison is the Senior Pastor of Rose City Church in Pasadena which he and his team re-started in 2011. He has a passion for raising up leaders and is currently working on changes to the ordination process to help guide more of our leaders into ordination. Rose City has opened a new cafe, Rosebud, to employ and mentor at-risk youth and Dan is hoping to use his experience there to help develop a “Vocational Leader” track that would work to train and equip those whose vocation is being used to advance kingdom work. He also serves on the Faith Community Committee in Pasadena and has served as the vice chair of the MEG

Dale Winslow

Foothill Community - 2020

Dale has pastored in the Free Methodist Church for 40 years. He has served on most conference committees at one point during his career. Currently, Dale is the Senior Pastor of Foothill Community Church in Azusa. He serves as a Regional Leader to the North Region as well as the North MEG Chair.

David Downs

Rose City - 2020

David Downs joined the Fuller faculty in 2007 and was appointed Associate Dean for the Center for Advanced Theological Studies (CATS) last year. Prior to coming to Fuller, he was a teaching fellow at Princeton Theological Seminary in Princeton, New Jersey, and a visiting assistant professor at College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts. Dr. Downs has also published articles in numerous peer-reviewed journals and has contributed essays to to several publications. In 2011, he and his wife, Jen, a doctor of infectious diseases and a clinical medical researcher, were awarded a Lilly Theological Scholars Collaborative Research Grant for a cross-disciplinary project entitled “New Creation Is Everything: Christian Identity, Male Circumcision, and HIV/AIDS in Northwest Tanzania.” The Downses spend several months a year living in Mwanza, Tanzania, where David regularly volunteers as a teacher at St. Paul College (formerly P.A.G. Bible College).

Lisa Jackinsky

Foothill Community - 2020

Lisa was raised in rural Alaska, the daughter of a salmon fisherman and a church organist. Before her career with World Vision, Lisa worked as a Peace Corps volunteer in Ecuador and an external auditor with KPMG in Los Angeles. Her international development and microfinance work with World Vision and its microfinance subsidiary, VisionFund, took her to over 60 countries around the world. Most recently she worked as VisionFund’s Director of Social Performance and Christian Commitments, responsible for ensuring the global network of 35 microfinance institutions and 7000 staff translated both its mission of improving the lives of children living in poverty and its Christian identity into practice. After 25 years with World Vision, Lisa left the organization to complete a three-year program to become a spiritual director, someone who seeks to help others deepen their relationship with God. Over the past few years, she’s enjoyed opportunities to teach, preach, blog, provide spiritual direction, lead spiritual retreats and serve on the Board of Administrationrd of Foothill Community Church. Lisa is a writer, a cancer survivor, and a faith succumber. She has a bachelor’s degree in Biology from Seattle Pacific University and a Master of Business Administration from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.

Brian Monroe

Foothill Community - 2020

Brian has served our conference as a lay member on both the MEG and the MAC. He has also been a lay leader in various ministries including, worship, small groups, high school and as a tech director. He is the son of a Free Methodist pastor, and has first hand experience in understanding the work/life balance that all pastors need.
