Briefly describe your testimony of coming to Christ…

I was raised in the church and knew the terminology and the verses but really did not have a relationship with Christ. It was not until my early years in college where I could visibly see the transformation within myself when I leaned into Christ’s love and grace. When I pursued my own way there was always rejection and closed doors. When I trusted the process of formation, doors opened where I thought it would not. Everyday I step through Christ’s door.

Briefly describe your understanding of God’s calling on your life…

God’s calling on my life is to love others well. My calling as a hospital chaplain gives me the privilege to do just that. I want to give voice to the voiceless and be a place of support for other church leaders. I want to create spaces of authenticity for others to feel known and understood.

How did you come to the Free Methodist Church?

I came to the Free Methodist Church during my time in seminary at Azusa Pacific University. Through friends, new and old, I forlund myself in a Free Methodist Church and I never left.
